We assemble moving parts of B767, such as: IInboard Elevators, Outboard Elevators, Inboard Ailerons, Rudder. Moreover we assemble rotary wing end items on programs like AW139, AW109, AW189, AW169, AW249, AW609, NH90, AW101, AW09 such as: tail boom, winglets, pilot and passenger doors, radomes, searchlights, cockpit console. We assemble moving parts for the military aeronautics of the KC-46 Tanker, such as: internal elevators, external elevators, internal ailerons, rudder.

We are qualified by Leonardo-Finmeccanica and Boeing to perform non-destructive ultrasonic testing. Depending on the parts’ size and complexity, we use different machines, from the Airone 4 axis machine with an ultrasound system Flaus 3, to the Omniscan two axis machine.
The dimensional control of the parts is achieved through the use of a MMC arm. The tool allows us to inspect parts and complex curvatures with maximum accuracy and precision. It is also capable of issuing dimensional reports.

Mechanics Parts
We perform the complete industrialization and production, including final surface treatments, starting from 3D models of a different machined items, such as tail booms, machined parts and assemblies of pilot doors components in aluminum and titanium, and any kind of machined item.
Composite Parts
The lamination of composite material takes place in clean rooms qualified by Leonardo and Boeing. Other than working in areas with controlled temperature and air contamination, we use laser projectors, manual and automated kit cutting areas and autoclave technology. We use electronic registration systems, that ensure the segregation of the working cycle in an encrypted digital archives.
