Our Services Include:

• Materials Testing: Mechanical testing, corrosion testing, fractography, material identification, macroscopic and microscopic evaluation, weld testing, hardness testing, metallography, and stress rupture testing.  
• Product Qualification Testing: Environmental testing, humidity testing, salt fog and corrosion testing, acidic atmosphere testing, high/low temperature testing, thermal shock testing, and solar and UV radiation testing.  
• Weld Evaluation: The laboratory has expertise in PQR welding procedures according to EN ISO 15614 and ASME IX, and welder qualifications according to EN ISO 9606 and AWS D17.1.  
• Failure Analysis: AQC investigates the causes of component failures through visual examination, chemical, physical, metallographic, and SEM analysis.  
• Corrosion Tests: The laboratory conducts various corrosion tests on metals and paints, including petrochemical and oilfield Hydrogen Embrittlement tests, Intergranular Attack tests, Pitting and crevice corrosion tests.  
• Mechanical Testing: Includes tensile tests, bending tests, Charpy impact tests, hardness tests, and stress rupture tests. The company also has a mechanical workshop to prepare specimens.  
• Chemical Analysis: Examinations performed with Atomic Emission Spectroscopy and chemical microanalysis with SEM-EDS.  
• Metallographic Examinations: The laboratory is equipped for macro and microstructural tests, hardness and micro hardness testing, and SEM-EDS analysis.
