VACUUM is well established on the commercial heat treatment market since 1975 and it is known for its high-quality services as has been working since the 80s with automotive and aerospace parts, with dedicated production processes to satisfy specific customer requirements and ensure the quality of all processed parts.

At the present time VACUUM is a SME doing heat treatments for third parties with an annual turnover of 5,9M€ (2024), employing 32 people working on 3 shifts, and has production facilities with 3.000m2 of covered production area, with a power capacity of 3.000 kW and approx. 4.000.000 kWh/year of total energy consumption.

Vacuum is continuously investing in new technologies and is wide open to new business lines and services especially when a high-quality level of process management, from development to production, is required. Our production plants are controlled by sophisticated programming and control systems, which, combined with the work of our metallurgy lab, offer tracking and certification in line with the customer requirements and regulations.

VACUUM has top quality furnaces: N. 7 vacuum hardening furnaces with dimensions up to 1500x1500x2200 mm and capacity up to 3,000 kg; 4 tempering furnaces; N. 5 pulsed plasma nitriding systems with dimensions up to ø800×2500 mm and a payload of 5,000 kg, N.2 cryo-furnaces with range -180°C – +300°C; N.1 full metal vacuum furnace (molybdenum) for extremely clean processes (titanium alpha-case free). Quality control is provided by a fully equipped and accredited internal laboratory.

Speaking about Quality, today VACUUM has Nadcap accreditation (gold merit) as well as IATF 16949, EN 9100, ISO 45001and ISO 14001.
